West Coast Safe Patient Handling Training Center


Atlas Lift Tech offers Safe Patient Handling classes in our West Coast Safe Patient Handling Center. Combining in-depth knowledge and hands-on training on Safe Patient Handling equipment, students will have the opportunity to sharpen their skills and become educated on the latest best practices.  These elements deliver CE Units and hands-on equipment training to ensure that patient mobility skills are well-rounded. If your facility has a lift team, minimal lift program, or no safe patient handling program at all, we are standing by to guide your program in the right direction for years to come. Atlas has partnered with the American Association of Long Term Care Nursing to offer their Safety Certification  Course in our West Coast Safe Patient Handling Training Center as well as courses pertaining to Bariatrics, Wound Care and Program Development.

This course enables program planners to recognize the unique needs of their facility and meet these needs with practical solutions. Whether you are considering a minimal-lift program, a lift team program, or a combination of the two, this course will help you start your program right.

  • SPH-Program Management

This course examines the strategies that make an SPH program sustainable following implementation. Issues like training, turnover, and compliance combine to help you deliver the maximum return on your initial investment for years to come.
